Monday: 400D, 100S X 3 sets (Skipping)
Tuesday: 5km run 32:13
Wednesday: Hamstring Raises 6 reps X 2sets (single leg)
Thursday: 100m bs X 10, 50m bs, 50m fs X 10 (SWIM), 25m x 8 water running, 25m x 4 side step in water
